The mentoring program helps learners get to know themselves and know their strengths, weaknesses, and thinking patterns. The program is aimed to achieve personal growth in which the learners learn to know themselves. The process is game-based and, therefore, fun and challenging and at the same time provides deep insights and thus encourages performance improvement, evokes self-awareness, and enriches.
The Mentor Program- Personal Growth process
As part of the mentorship process, the participant works closely with a certified Accelium coach.
The process begins with a game-based test for skills mapping.
In the session with the mentor, the test results will be presented to the participant. The report includes personal insights and an emphasis on strengths and struggles. At the end of this session, the participant will set both personal and professional goals.
The 3 subsequent sessions will be based on the learner and mentor's areas and skills to acquire tools and strategies for performance improvement and growth.
These sessions are based on three steps of the Accelium method:
1- Playing a strategy game
2- Extracting insights / strategies and concepts
3- Implement and transfer them to everyday life
