1- Package Validity: Packages are valid for one year or until the number of users exceeds the number included in the package - whichever comes first. 2- Exceeding Credit Limit: Please note that if the amount of credits used exceeds the agreed credit limit, the account holder will be responsible for the charges incurred by excess usage. 3- Customized Galleries Limitations: Customized galleries in Accelium Plus will be limited to 8 content items per package. The content items will be sent to Accelium Group and will be uploaded to Accelium Plus coordinated by both parties. 4- Management of Courses and Users: The account holder is responsible for managing the courses and users within the Accelium Plus system. 5- Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Accelium Plus system and its content belong to the respective owners. The account holder acknowledges and agrees not to infringe upon these rights. 6- Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Accelium Plus, Accelium Group does not guarantee the system's uninterrupted operation or absence of errors
